The Cohesion Policy 2014-2020 is introducing a number of changes and new instruments that Member States are preparing for and implementing in the more than 320 national, regional and territorial cooperation programmes. It will be crucial to set-up well-functioning and efficient management systems, to effectively implement management tools and to strengthen the administrative skills in order to optimise the management of the programmes and the absorption rate.      At a moment, where first experiences with the implementation and management of the new Cohesion Policy are at hand, the Conference provide a platform to receive detailed information on both, knowledge about new management tools and instruments and exchange of practical experiences.
