What: The course intends to present FIELD™, a methodology to help local policy- and decision-makers to tackle local governance with a richer information basis, to strengthen awareness in public and private choices and to increase effectiveness of local policies and projects. During the course, the rationale of the methodology will be introduced and instructions for its application will be provided, alongside with presentation of contexts where it has already been applied and working groups to develop a class case study.Who:  The course is mainly addressed to public officials and policy-makers in charge of designing local public policies, managing big infrastructure investments or launching new projects, managers and practitioners of grant-giving organizations (foundations, charities, …), national and local government heads, mayors and other public sector decision makers, grant-seeking and no profit organizations, professionals, researchers and PhD candidates, corporate managers engaged in infrastructure projects, officials from development agencies or regulatory authorities, officials form NGOs.
