Promoting quality internships through Erasmus+

The possibility to embark on an international work placement mobility has proven to be very popular amongst students. Even though the Erasmus+ traineeships presents an important opportunity for students to gain key competencies and bridge the gap between education and work, there are still alarming reports of misconducts and poor working conditions. Trainees often face uncertainty in their salaries, low-level tasks, and in general worse social conditions than other students on learning mobilities.

This Erasmus Salon will try to answer the question on how the Erasmus+ follow-up programme meet these challenges and guarantee quality internships for our students.
