Brexit and the EU area of criminal justice

How judicial and police cooperation in criminal matters would be impacted by Brexit, and under which modalities the future UK-EU cooperation would take place.

Brexit is a reality surrounded by uncertainties. The ECLAN's conference will host experts on the criminal law area, to analyze  the impact of Brexit on the field, focusing mainly on the future judicial and police cooperation, as well as on its impact on the criminal justice actors (Europol, Eurojust, EJN).
