Objective

This year’s conference is aimed at providing legal practitioners with a comprehensive update on the most recent developments from the Court of Justice of the EU and the European Commission in the field of EU State aid law. Special attention will be paid to recovery of unlawful and incompatible State aid, enforcement of State aid law by the national courts, State aid in the railway sector and State aid from a local, European and global perspective.
