The UK Government is currently consulting on the features of the pro-competition regime for digital markets, while in Europe both the Parliament and Council are considering the Commission’s proposals in its Digital Markets Act. The panellists will discuss their views on the current proposals and what refinements should be introduced to ensure successful implementation.
