The European Health Management Association (EHMA) will host an online executive workshop on ‘What managing resilient health systems look like​’ on 8 March from to CET.

This will be a 4-hour interactive workshop that will bring together health leaders and managers, clinical care professionals, hospital managers and policy- and decision-makers interested in how we can transform health systems or organizations to make them more resilient. The workshop will focus specifically on how we can refine the roadmap to bend health systems toward a greater focus on its resilience capacity; how we can empower the workforce; and how we can implement the metrics for making it happen.

With our training events, EHMA aims to contribute to the development and improvement of knowledge and training in the field of health. We believe it is vital bringing together all healthcare actors such as yourself to ensure knowledge is shared and diverse perspectives are taken into account.
