As Europe moves towards a smart, integrated, and cleaner energy system, digital technologies will have an important role in optimising our energy networks.
With an ongoing debate on regulatory options to support the rollout of charging points, the data sharing aspect remains partly unexplored. It is critical to identify the business case to encourage industry players and customers to share their data, as well as the key governance principles for its sharing.
Join us on Wednesday 19 October at 14:00 CET for a public, hybrid event on the publication of our latest report on Energy Data Sharing and the Case of EV Smart Charging.
The report aims to present guiding principles and recommendations in line with the Action Plan on Digitalisation of Energy and sectoral initiatives following on from the Data Governance Regulation and the Data Act. Sean Ennis and Giuseppe Colangelo will discuss the paper’s findings with representatives from regulatory bodies, industry and European institutions.
This workshop is free and open to all, but registration is required. Please register and indicate whether you would like to attend in person or virtually to receive the venue and/or connection details.
If you can’t join us live, then the event will be available to replay on the CERRE YouTube channel afterwards.
