Ms Cauchi's role involves the management of Malta's national arts funding investment portfolio. She leads the implementation of Arts Council Malta's strategic goals and actions whilst also managing local and international programmes and initiatives that are key to the cultural and creative sectors on the Maltese Islands. Mary Ann also coordinates communication on an artistic and operational level between Malta's Public Cultural Organisations.Throughout her career, Mary Ann has occupied various positions in the cultural and creative sectors including Head of the National Malta School of Music and Founder-Director of her company Artsphere International, based in Malta with international networks for 10 years. Prior to that, she also worked at the Malta Council for Culture and the Arts, on numerous large-scale artistic and cultural events and the initiation of arts funding. Director MCAST / EPALE NSS Malta AmbassadorRamon Mangion is the Director for Education & Training Programmes and Learning Support at the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology. He joined MCAST in 2010, following a brief period in the private sector working in tourism & hospitality, EU funding, accreditation, and the development of training programmes for industry . He was involved in curriculum development for key MCAST, and national projects related to national vocational qualifications, home-grown curricula, and work-based learning. He worked on piloting the ECVET credit system, EQAVET, and the National Quality Assurance Framework for Further and Higher Education. He has lectured in various adult education settings. He also contributed as external verifier for SEC and SEAC vocational subjects in secondary schools. In 2016, he won the award for the most engaged EPALE Ambassador and has continued to contribute as EPALE Ambassador since then. Rhoda Garland is the Executive Director at CRPD, born in the UK she moved to Malta in 2006 and began working in the disability sector in 2015 following completion of her MA in Disability Studies. She has a special interest in Education and accessibility, sitting on the Access Disability Support Committee of the University of Malta and on the Board of Governors at MCAST. She also works on Social Policy and oversees the work of the Disability Equality Training Team within CRPD.
