About the event

Why do digital innovations so often challenge our rights, values, and democracies? Does it have to be that way?

Do users even care about more human-centred digital technology? If not, how might they change their mind?

How could Europe use its “soft power” to promote responsible digital technology globally? How could Europe assume economic leadership in this “niche” and achieve a competitive advantage?

IDENTITY VALLEY’s event “Between Pixels and Principles” wants to answer those questions and explore how a paradigm shift towards more responsible and trustworthy digital technology can be achieved.
