The Cultural-E project and technologies will be presented at the REBUILD 2024, the first Italian event dedicated to the sustainable innovation of the built environment. The main topics addressed in this edition will be decarbonisation, process efficiency, off-site construction, industrialisation of construction, and city-making.

The Cultural-E project project will present the workshop ‘How can we design and construct comfortable buildings with a positive energy balance?‘ conducted by Roberto Lollini from eurac research.

Building homes that produce more energy than they consume is possible. Participants in this workshop will learn about the characteristics of "Plus Energy Buildings," which were researched as part of the European Cultural-E project and combine a number of factors such as correct building orientation, effective insulation, the use of glazing positioned to take advantage of the sun, as well as the use of renewable sources.

The Cultural-E technologies will also be exhibited in the exhibition area.
