Professional experience
Martina Anzini (IT) joined EIPA Maastricht in 2021 as an EU Digital Market Expert. Anzini has extensive experience assessing EU legislative proposals and drafting policy briefs and scientific articles focusing on information technology and financial markets.
Prior to joining EIPA, Martina Anzini was a Legal Policy Analyst at the Centrum für Europäische Politik in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. Before that, Anzini was a Trainee at a Cabinet of the General Court of the European Union and the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union Legal Service.
Martina Anzini holds a PhD in Economic Law from the Università Politecnica delle Marche, Italy. She also holds a Master’s degree in the Global Regulation of Markets from La Sapienza University; Pontificia Università Lateranense, Italy.
