Under the Lisbon Treaty, the entire decision-making procedure concerning the Common Agricultural Policy has changed : the European Parliament is now co-legislator and management committees no longer exist. Moreover, budgetary procedures and approval for international trade agreements have seen key changes.This has deeply modified the EU balance of power.
