Indicators Toolkit: Targets, Performance & Simplification

The *five-day* workshop which speaks about anything meaningful to the efficient and effective delivery, monitoring and evaluation of ESI-funded programmes and projects.

Strategy in 2014-20 drives the EU towards smart, sustainable and inclusive growth, based on eight specific and measurable targets in five principle areas – employment, education, research and development, energy and climate change, and the eradication of poverty and social ; These will be the eight measurements that ; These will ultimately tell us whether the European Structural and Investment Funds have been used effectively, to reach the desired results and impact on people’s ; The end justifies the means.

And what are the preferred means for 14-20?  Implementation needs to happen, efficiently and most of all ; Speak first about ; The simplification of the management and control systems and the availability of different forms of financial support are helping to channel funds more ;   Whether it’s being done more effectively or not, it will be up to the evaluation exercises to ;

Monitoring and evaluation of targets thus assume a very important role, at all levels of the shared management of ESIF: from the European Commission, through the managing, certifying, audit authorities and intermediate bodies, down to the beneficiaries and final ; We have a crucial role in making sure that project selection is aligned with the OP objectives, implementation does not derail from agreed targets, indicators are being fulfilled, and results are ;

This course aims at delivering an exhaustive overview of the monitoring and evaluation techniques for the 14-20 period and the newest management and financing methods (SCOs and financial instruments) introduced to ensure Programmes are truly ; It provides an essential toolkit for any person responsible for the successful delivery of ESI-funded programmes and projects.
