The cities and municipalities from South-Eastern Europe with support of their Institutions and relevantMinistries had established an independent think tank called "South-East European Federation of Citiesand Regions for the Environment " with headquarters in Brussels.This organization brings together not only the cities and municipalities, but also relevant Ministries,agencies for environmental protection and climate change, research centres and NGOs working in fieldof climate and energy.
